Khmer Swipe Keyboard · Last updated 11 October 2026
In short: Khmer Swipe Keyboard collects no data. It never connects to the internet, has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and never reads your clipboard.
What you type
What you type stays on your iPhone. The keyboard does not send, store on a server, or share your typing with anyone, including us.
What is kept on your iPhone
- Your choices: theme, key font, key style, popup size and speed, number of rows, and similar settings.
- Recently used emoji.
- With Allow Full Access turned on: words and word pairs you use often, so suggestions improve. These are saved only on your iPhone, in storage shared between the Khmer Swipe app and its keyboard.
You can delete the remembered words at any time in the app: Settings → Clear learned words. Deleting the app removes everything.
Allow Full Access
iPhone shows a general warning when a keyboard asks for Full Access. Khmer Swipe Keyboard uses it only for key sounds, vibration, sharing your settings between the app and the keyboard, and remembering your words on your iPhone. It works without Full Access too.
Android
Khmer Swipe Keyboard for Android collects no data.
- The app has no permission to use the internet, so nothing you type can leave your phone.
- The words and word pairs the keyboard learns from your typing, your recent emoji and your settings are kept in the app's private storage on your phone. Clear learned words in the app's Settings deletes the learned words; uninstalling the app deletes everything.
- In password boxes, in boxes where an app turns suggestions off, and in private (incognito) browser tabs the keyboard shows no suggestions and learns nothing.
- The keyboard never reads your clipboard, contacts, location, microphone or camera.
- There are no ads, no analytics and no accounts.
Android shows a standard warning when any keyboard is turned on. It appears for every keyboard that is not built into the phone.
Children
The keyboard collects no data from anyone, including children.
